and Welfare Benefits Advisor on CD). Negotiated
and drafted software licensing agreements with vendors of software and primary source
material including Austin-Hayne's Employee Appraiser and Cobra Solutions' COBRA
Administration Manager. Primary presenter of new electronic CD-ROM products to regional
sales managers. Featured speaker at
informational seminars given to potential customers.
Editor, Thomson Professional Publishing. Acquired and developed new
titles for Lawyers Cooperative Publishing Company and Clark Boardman Callahan Publishing
Company, including Indiana Real Estate Transactions, Missouri Tort Litigation, and
Missouri Contract Litigation. Initiated acquisition of ATLA Press by Lawyers Cooperative
Publishing Company. Negotiated and drafted
software license agreements; provided corporate management with ongoing advice and support
on employment, copyright, and intellectual property law.
